How It's Made
Only premium full-grain and vegetable-tanned leathers are chosen. Each hide is inspected for character, grain, and durability.
Custom patterns are drawn to spec, then cut by hand using saddle-making knives and swivel chisels for clean, accurate edges.
Saddle-stitch with waxed thread — stronger than machine stitching. Pieces are wet-formed and molded to exact shape.
Edges are hand-burnished, dye is applied, and a final finish protects the leather for decades of use.
